Founder Denise Fletcher brings more than 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She served 19 years as a District Manager with a large national childcare organization and 20 years on the board of the Early Childhood Education Association of Colorado (ECEA). Her leadership across both operations and regulation gives her a deep understanding of what providers face every day.
